Q: What is the deadline for making an order before a show?

A: There is no deadline for ordering furniture and equipment for a show. However items are subject to avaliabilty. If the show has already started a surcharge of an extra 10% cartage will be charged for late orders.

Q: Can I change my furniture requirements for my stand?

A: You may change your furniture on your stand as long as you call us with at least 2 days before the show has started. Once furntiture has been delivered to your stand changes or refunds are unavaliable.

Q: I am at an exhibition and have forgotten to order a particular item. What can I do?

A: Please call 1300 66 84 66 and a sales consultant will help you with your requirements. In many cases we will also have a customer service desk at the show where you can speak to a sales consultant..

Furniture

Q: Are the doors on the counter lockable?

A: All doors on all of our products are lockable, keys are provided with the item and are attached with velcro to the item when delivered.

Q: Does the Syma 2/3 Showcase have a lockable section below the glass cabinet to store items?

A: Yes. All showcases are lockable and have lights and many have lockable storage sections in addition to the glass areas.

Q: I'd like to have a combination of flat and sloping shelves on my Mode 5 Shelf unit.

A: The Mode 5 Shelf Unit has adjustable shelves so you can have any combination of flat and sloping shelves or all or one or the other.

Q: I have DL sized brochures, what would be the best brochure stand to get?

A: On the carousel and triangle brochure stands you can order additional brochure holder slots (5752) which are 1/3 A4 DL size. These come in a set of 6 slots so for the 4 sides of the single carousel brochure stand you should also hire 5752 x 4.

Q: Can I use my own hooks for the display grids?

A: Generally no as they rarely fit the grids but if you want to bring some with you when you visit our showroom then we can check that for you.

Audio Visual

Q: I would like to have a Plasma/LCD screen. What electric cables will I need?

A: Please inform us before the show and we will provide all electric cables required.

Q: Can I use a laptop with the 51cm or 68cm TVs?

A: No, you would need to hire either a 24 inch LCD or a 42 inch plasma screen. The resolution on the TVs is too low to get a clear picture when hooked up to a laptop.

Q: I would like to put a 42 inch plasma on a sabre display module, is this possible?

A: It is best to use the purpose built plasma floorstands with the plasma screens however, if you would prefer a locking unit then they can also be put on a lockable counter such as the sabre lockable counter flat top. The display modules are too small to safely support the plasma screens.
